January fragments: evening walks, waking up at 5 am, a bit of reading, and a lot of thesis work
hey everyone! 🦋
im a 28yo on a journey to feel like my best self by the time i turn 30.
i spent basically all of my 20s letting my anxiety run my life, falling into bad habits and missing out on opportunities, and i don’t want to bring that into my 30s with me. so i’m not going to!
i don’t need to have the perfect body or totally perfect mental health - i just want to be living a happier, more balanced life with the tools i need to manage the trickier days. i didn’t really make this account for accountability because i’ve been working on this for a year already, but i’d love to document my progress to look back on, with mood boards, check-ins, and sharing posts that make me wanna feel better 💚 a little shrine to building a happier me.
i’m working on eating more mindfully and intuitively, seeing exercise as something i do FOR my body and not BECAUSE of my body, meditating and journaling to help me tackle my anxiety and reduce stress, and nurturing my relationships.
i’ve already made so much progress and i’m honestly so excited and proud to be doing this for myself 💚
